Instructions

  1. Cut the cocktail tomatoes into small cubes and the spring onions into small rings. Line a muffin tin with a slice of Serrano ham and add one egg, whisked or whole. Season this with pepper.
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes and spring onions. If necessary, the egg mass can be sprinkled with cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  3. The recipe makes 4 muffins.
