Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta, (fussili)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 egg (s)
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder. sweet, hot
  • curry
  • 5 tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 dash balsamic vinegar
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • pepper
  • some chives
  • 1 dash soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in salted water until they are al dente.
  2. Wash and slice the tomatoes, then put them in a salad bowl. Peel and chop the onions and the clove of garlic, add to the tomatoes. Wash and chop the chives. Mix the olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and chives and pour over the vegetables. Mix everything well.
  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl, season with pepper, curry and paprika powder and whisk.
  4. Heat some oil in a large pan and add the noodles, pour in the eggs and fry everything with a little soy sauce. Spread on plates and top with salad.
