Egg Pate with Walnuts

Hearty and delicious boiled egg pate with walnuts will be an excellent addition to breakfast or a snack. You can fill tartlets or oxen with such a pate and serve on the buffet table.

Ingredients

  • Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Walnuts – 30 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Chili pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare foods for egg nut paste. Boil eggs “hard-boiled”, cook from the moment of boiling for 6-7 minutes, then cool in cold water.
  2. Peel and chop the onion.
  3. In a frying pan, mix butter and vegetable oil and fry the onion until light golden brown.
  4. Chop the boiled eggs at random. Prepare walnuts, garlic and chili slice.
  5. Chop eggs, nuts, garlic and fried onions in a way convenient for you (in a meat grinder or blender).
  6. Egg and walnut pate is ready. Serve with fresh bread. Bon Appetit!
