  • Ham – 90 g (2 large slices)
  • Processed cheese – 50-100 g (to taste)
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon

    For decoration (optional):

  • Green onion – 1 feather

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Break four eggs into a bowl. Then separate the whites of two more eggs and add to the bowl as well (the two remaining yolks are not needed).
    Add salt and black pepper to the eggs in a bowl and beat lightly with a fork until smooth.
  3. Heat a large skillet (26-28 cm in diameter) over medium heat and brush with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Then turn the pancake over and fry for another 1-2 minutes on the other side, until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the egg pancake to a plate. Top with slices of thinly sliced ​​ham.
  6. Cut the melted cheese into cubes and place on the edge of the ham and egg pancake.
  7. Roll the egg spring roll into a tight roll.
  8. Cut the ham and cheese egg roll into 3-6 portions. Sprinkle finely chopped green onions on the roll if desired and serve.
