Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard, peel them, cut them in half and remove the yolks. Mix the softened butter with the egg yolks until smooth. Finely dice egg white and onion and stir in.
  2. Season to taste with vinegar, salt, pepper and curry. Pull the egg salad in the refrigerator and let it set.
