Egg Salad Toast

This delicious and popular egg salad with cream cheese on toast is a great snack or light snack. Usually, everyone likes this egg and cheese salad.
Ingredients
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Processed cheese – 90 g
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Bulb onions – 1/4 pcs.
- Capers – 1 teaspoon
- Parsley – 3 sprigs
- Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
- Toast bread – 2 pcs.
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- Boil eggs hard-boiled, cook after boiling water for 9-10 minutes. Cool and clean.
- Finely chop the onion, capers, and herbs. Peel the garlic.
- Grate eggs and cream cheese.
- Add onion, capers, parsley, and pressed garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Season the egg salad with mayonnaise, stir.
- Fry the bread in a pan or oven.
- Put the egg salad with cheese on the toasted bread.
