Egg Salad Toast

This delicious and popular egg salad with cream cheese on toast is a great snack or light snack. Usually, everyone likes this egg and cheese salad.

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Processed cheese – 90 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Bulb onions – 1/4 pcs.
  • Capers – 1 teaspoon
  • Parsley – 3 sprigs
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Toast bread – 2 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Boil eggs hard-boiled, cook after boiling water for 9-10 minutes. Cool and clean.
  2. Finely chop the onion, capers, and herbs. Peel the garlic.
  3. Grate eggs and cream cheese.
  4. Add onion, capers, parsley, and pressed garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Season the egg salad with mayonnaise, stir.
  6. Fry the bread in a pan or oven.
  7. Put the egg salad with cheese on the toasted bread.
