  • 300 g peas, (frozen)
  • 6 egg (s), cooked
  • 200 g crabs
  • 200 g quark
  • 3 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the frozen peas in boiling salted water, bring to the boil, cook for 3 minutes and drain.
  2. Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into slices.
  3. Mix the peas, crabs, quark, salt, pepper and parsley and then carefully fold in the eggs.
