  • 200 g cream cheese, rainier
  • 3 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) curry powder
  • some dressing (Sylt dressing)

Instructions

  1. Peel the eggs and cut them into cubes. Place in a bowl with the grainy cream cheese. Add the sliced spring onion and mustard. Sprinkle salt, pepper and curry powder on top and stir well.
  2. Finally stir in some Sylt dressing, but the salad should not be too runny. The dressing only serves to provide a little more flavor, in no way should it be the predominant flavor carrier.
