  • 8 egg (s)
  • 1 shallot (s)
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 250 g mayonnaise
  • 250 g yourt
  • 3 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • Dill, dried
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard for about 8 minutes and let them cool. Peel the cooled eggs and cut them into slices. Peel and finely dice the shallot, clean the peppers and cut into small cubes. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients into a creamy dressing and season with salt, pepper and dill. Pour over the salad ingredients and mix carefully.
  3. Jacket potatoes also taste good.
