Ingredients

  • 18 egg (s)
  • 1 glass Miracel Whip
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • Pepper, whiter
  • salt
  • 4 slices pineapple (from the can)
  • Pineapple juice (from the can)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs. Let cool and peel.
  2. Mix together oil, vinegar, pepper and salt. Add miracle whip and mustard. Chop the pineapple slices very small and stir into the sauce. Then stir in the juice from the pineapple can. Cut the cold eggs into slices with an egg harp and fold in.
  3. Tip: Before you fold in the eggs, season to taste with cream, mayonnaise or a refill of the specified ingredients.
