Ingredients

  • 6 egg (s)
  • 100 g natural yourt, low in fat
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
  • 1 lime (s), juice it
  • 0.5 ½ apple
  • some stalks chives, or leeks
  • 1 dash white wine vinegar
  • Curry powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Hard boil eggs. In the meantime, finely chop the leek and apple, mix with all the other ingredients and season to taste.
  2. Rinse the cooked eggs, peel them, dice them and add them. Season again to taste and then refrigerate and let steep.
  3. Season to taste again before serving - a very light, fresh egg salad is ready.
