  • ⅛ cucumber (s)
  • 0.5 slice ½ / n pumpernickel
  • 100 g herb quark
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the egg in boiling water for 10 minutes, quench, let cool and peel.
  2. Quarter the cucumber lengthways, remove the seeds and cut into pieces 1/2 cm wide. Cut the egg into slices. Roughly crumble the pumpernickel. Layer the cucumber with herbal quark, pumpernickel and egg slices in a sealable glass and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Also looks good on a brunch buffet.
