Egg Sandwiches for Breakfast

Eggs for breakfast are what you need, but in the form of a whole-wheat bread sandwich with bacon and cheese, it tastes even better, and such a breakfast looks more appetizing.

Ingredients

  • Boiled eggs (chopped) – 6 pcs.
  • Boiled egg whites (chopped) – 6 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 0.25 cups
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded on a grater) – 50 g
  • Bacon (fried, sliced) – 6 strips
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Ground black pepper – 0.25 teaspoon.
  • Whole grain bread – 16 slices

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine boiled eggs, egg whites, cheese, bacon, season with salt and pepper, season with mayonnaise, mix well.
  2. Apply the egg filling on 8 slices of bread, cover with the remaining 8 slices of bread. If you wish, you can cut each sandwich in half diagonally. Serve immediately.
