Ingredients

  • 0.25 liter ¼ sour cream
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 dash vinegar
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • mustard

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard, peel them and cut them into small pieces. Put all the other ingredients in a bowl and season with pepper, salt and mustard.
  2. It is best to let it steep in the refrigerator for another hour. Tastes wonderful with potatoes, rice and pasta.
