  • Hard-boiled eggs – 8 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 0.25 cups
  • Pickled cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Mustard – 1 tbsp
  • Hot sauce – 3-5 drops
  • Ground paprika – 1 pinch
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Chives (chopped) – 1 teaspoon

  1. Peel the eggs and mash with a fork.
  2. Chop the cucumber as finely as possible. Chop the chives too.
  3. In a bowl, combine eggs, mayonnaise, cucumber, mustard, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Put the appetizer in a bowl, sprinkle with chives and serve.
