- 250 ml egg liqueur
- 250 ml oil
- 125 g flour
- 125 g cornstarch
- 1 packet baking powder

- Beat eggs, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar until thick and frothy. Slowly stir in eggnog and oil, then fold in the flour, cornstarch and baking powder until a smooth dough is formed. Put the mixture in a greased baking pan sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Bake at 175 ° C top / bottom heat for about 1 hour.
