Ingredients

  • 100 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack pudding powder, vanilla
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 50 ml oil or liquid butter
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
  • 75 ml buttermilk
  • 75 ml egg liqueur
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon applesauce
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. First mix flour with baking powder, custard powder, baking soda, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, stir together the melted butter or oil, applesauce, egg, eggnog and buttermilk.
  3. Now pour in the flour mixture and stir briefly (until the dry ingredients are moist)
  4. Now put the mixture in the muffin tin and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for a good 20 minutes.
  5. Makes about 7 medium-sized or 10 small muffins, I always fill the molds 3/4 full!
  6. Are very fluffy and juicy and easy to make!
