Ingredients

  • 250 g mararine
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 3 cup flour
  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • 5 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 g butter or mararine
  • 150 g powdered suar (powdered suar)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 g coconut fat, lukewarm
  • 7 glasses eggnog (small shot glasses)
  • Chocolate sprinkles for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. First stir the eggs, sugar and margarine until frothy. Mix the flour with the vanilla sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder. Then gradually stir in alternately with the water until a creamy dough is formed. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and distribute the batter evenly on it.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 25 minutes.
  3. For the cream, first stir the butter or margarine and icing sugar until frothy, then add 2 egg yolks. Pour in the lukewarm coconut oil and stir well. Finally stir in the egg liqueur. Spread this cream evenly on the cooled base and smooth it out. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before consumption.
