Ingredients

  • 250 g cream
  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 large can (s) peach (s) or apricots
  • 0.5 ½ bottle egg liqueur
  • 1 packet ladyfingers
  • 1 point almond (almond flakes) or chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff. Stir the low-fat quark until creamy and fold in along with sugar and vanilla sugar. Drain and dice the peaches or apricots.
  2. Now everything is layered in a bowl as follows: Half of the curd and cream mixture, ladyfingers, eggnog, peaches or apricots and the rest of the curd and cream mixture. Sprinkle with flaked almonds or chocolate sprinkles as a finish.
