Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g suar

  • 7 tablespoon milk
  • 2 points poppy seeds (poppy seed bakery)

  • 6 tablespoon egg liqueur or Baileys Irish Cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar and salt with the mixer until creamy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir into the dough alternately with the milk.
  2. Put half of the dough in a greased baking pan (cup cake pan). Now mix the poppy seed baking, eggs and egg liqueur with the rest of the batter and also fill the baking pan. Pull through briefly with a fork!
  3. The cake is baked at 180 ° C for about 50 - 60 minutes. It is important that you cover it with baking paper after approx. 30 - 40 minutes. You can also use Baileys instead of eggnog!
