Ingredients

  • 250 g ricotta
  • 6 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Tbsp egg liqueur
  • 300 g cream, (cream)
  • 50 grams sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the ricotta and icing sugar together until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and eggnog. Beat the cream until stiff and gradually pour in sugar, then carefully fold into the ricotta cream. Spread in dessert glasses and chill for about 1 hour.
  2. On top of that, some strawberries are particularly delicious.
