Ingredients

  • 3 apples
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • some cinnamon powder
  • 100 g flaked almonds
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g suar
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 g biscuit (s), (Amarettini)
  • 250 ml egg liqueur

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and cut into wedges and then into pieces. Sauté in a little butter. Add the brown sugar and cinnamon, sauté a little and let cool.
  2. Roast the flaked almonds in a coated pan without fat. Careful: burns quickly and the pan heats up again. Therefore for cooling e.g., pour into a small glass bowl.
  3. Put the mascarpone and quark in a bowl. Mix with the sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
  4. Put about half of the mascarpone mixture in a baking dish. Spread half of the amarettini on top and drizzle with half of the egg liqueur. Now distribute the cooled apple wedges on top. Pour in the second half of the mascarpone mixture. Cover again with Amarettini and drizzle with the rest of the egg liqueur. To finish, sprinkle with the toasted almond flakes. Chill until consumption (approx. 4 hours).
