  • 100 ml oil
  • 200 ml egg liqueur
  • 100 g vanilla yourt
  • 200 g flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • Fat and flour for the glasses

Instructions

  1. For 6 - 8 sausage glasses (tumbled glasses) of 300 g each.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease the glasses and dust them with flour.
  3. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Stir in eggnog, yogurt and oil. Mix the flour, baking powder and pudding powder and sieve over the egg mixture, stir briefly. Pour the dough into the glasses not quite halfway, about 1/3.
  4. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes (test with chopsticks!). When the cake is ready, put the lids on the jars immediately. I put the lids in boiling water beforehand and dry them with kitchen paper and use them to seal the jar immediately.
  5. Tip: You can also fold cherries, raspberries or other berries into the batter before baking.
