Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g suar

Instructions

  1. Crumble the gingerbread.
  2. Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix in flour and baking powder and stir in. Fold in eggnog and gingerbread crumbs. Pour the batter into a greased cup cake tin sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C top / bottom heat on the middle rack for approx. 55 - 60 minutes.
