Eggplant Baked with Chicken Fillet, Tomatoes and Cheese

According to this recipe, eggplants are tender, tasty, and also quite satisfying, since they are baked with chicken fillet.

Ingredients
Eggplant – 1 pc.
Chicken fillet – 200 g
Small tomatoes – 2-3 pcs.
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Hard cheese – 50 g
Salt – 4 g
Directions
Prepare the required ingredients.
Chop the meat, put it in a deep bowl. Add soy sauce. Leave the meat for an hour.
Wash the eggplant, peel it, cut it into thin slices. Season with salt and stir.
Put half of the sliced eggplant on the bottom of the mold. Cut the hard cheese into thin slices and place half on top of the eggplant.
Then put the chicken meat on top of the cheese. Then wash, cut the tomatoes into slices. Put them on the meat. Put the remaining eggplants on top of the tomatoes. Then put the remaining plates of hard cheese on them.
Send the form into an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30 minutes. Here is such a dish!
