Eggplant “Chips”

Did you know that you can make wonderful chips from eggplant?

Ingredients

  • Eggplant – 3-4 pcs.
  • Flour – 100 g
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Peel the eggplants.
  2.  Cut the eggplants into thin slices and season with salt. Leave on for 20 minutes.
  3. When the eggplants give juice, wash them with cold water and pat dry.
  4. Heat a frying pan. Pour 3-4 tablespoon vegetable oil. spoons. Dip the strips in flour, pepper, and fry in boiling oil until tender. Add oil as needed.
  5.  Place ready-made “chips” on napkins to remove excess fat. Our chips are ready.
