Eggplant “Chips”

Did you know that you can make wonderful chips from eggplant?

- Peel the eggplants.
- Cut the eggplants into thin slices and season with salt. Leave on for 20 minutes.
- When the eggplants give juice, wash them with cold water and pat dry.
- Heat a frying pan. Pour 3-4 tablespoon vegetable oil. spoons. Dip the strips in flour, pepper, and fry in boiling oil until tender. Add oil as needed.
- Place ready-made “chips” on napkins to remove excess fat. Our chips are ready.
