  • 80 g herbal cream cheese
  • some salt and pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Cut the aubergine into slices about 1 cm thick, brush with the herb cream cheese and top with the ham. Cut the tomato into slices and place on the ham, season with a little salt, pepper, oregano and paprika powder and crumble the cheese on top.
  2. Bake in a hot oven at 160-170 ° C (hot air) for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is browned and the aubergines are cooked through.
  3. You can also make the recipe with zucchini, halve the zucchini and top and bake as described above. The topping is of course variable as with a pizza.
