  • Eggplant – 2 pcs.
  • Cheese – 200 g
  • Dill – 1 bunch
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Mayonnaise
  • Vegetable oil
  • Flour – 0.5 cup
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Eggplant Rolls Instructions

  1.  My eggplants. We cut into thin plates. Roll in flour.
  2.  Fry in a large amount of vegetable oil until slightly golden brown.
  3. Put it on a plate or on a napkin so that the glass will have excess oil.
  4. Prepare the filling. Rub cheese and garlic on a fine grater. We cut the dill. We mix everything, salt, pepper. We fill with mayonnaise.
  5.  Spread the resulting mixture on the fried plates in an even layer. We wrap it in rolls.
  6.  We spread the made rolls on lettuce leaves. The appetizer is ready.
