  • 3 eggplant (s)
  • 3 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 1 jar mushrooms, mixed, natural or in oil
  • 2 packs ready mix for salad (topping salad)

Instructions

  1. Quarter the peppers and cut fine strips. Cut the onion into rings. Depending on the size, cut the mushrooms into strips, leave the small ones whole. Mix everything together.
  2. Cut the aubergines into strips (length approx. 5 - 6 cm), salt and let stand for a few hours so that they draw water. Then dab and fry in hot oil and add to the remaining ingredients.
  3. Prepare the salad dressing according to the instructions on the packet and pour over it. To let go.
