  • Eggplant – 1 pc. (average)
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove (optional)
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Water – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Butter – 50 g

    For decoration:

  • Cherry tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Parsley greens – 5 g

  1. Cut the eggplant into slices lengthwise, the slices of eggplant should be the same size as the slices of bread. Salt the eggplants and leave them in salt for 5-7 minutes, they will let the juice out.
