  • Tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Fry the diced onion with the garlic and chilli in olive oil. At the same time, dice the eggplant and then add.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the cottage cheese with the tomato paste in a bowl and season well with salt and pepper.
  3. When the ingredients are well fried in the pan, add the diced tomato and mix everything with the cottage cheese mixture.
  4. The dish can be eaten warm or cold, with or without a side dish. Bread goes very well with it.
