Instructions

Season and mix the minced meat with the specified ingredients.
Sear the mince in a deep, large pan, add the finely diced onion, add the diced aubergine and the diced zucchini and fry together.
Season with vegetable salt, pepper, ginger (sparingly, please), coriander and soy sauce
I think it`s best to go with rice or just herb baguette.
The whole thing with the addition of cream and some cream cheese and baked with cheese makes a good spicy casserole.
