Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 large eggplant (s)
  • 1 large zucchini
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • coriander
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • Salt, for minced meat
  • Pepper, for minced meat
  • Ground caraway seeds for minced meat
  • Marjoram, for minced meat
  • 1 medium onion (s), for minced meat
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, for minced meat

Instructions

  1. Season and mix the minced meat with the specified ingredients.
  2. Sear the mince in a deep, large pan, add the finely diced onion, add the diced aubergine and the diced zucchini and fry together.
  3. Season with vegetable salt, pepper, ginger (sparingly, please), coriander and soy sauce
  4. I think it`s best to go with rice or just herb baguette.
  5. The whole thing with the addition of cream and some cream cheese and baked with cheese makes a good spicy casserole.
