Ingredients

  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 1 slice ham, cooked
  • 40 g cheese, diced (e.. Emmentaler, Edam, Cheddar, Feta)
  • 40 ml whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon parmesan, grated
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika powder, (noble sweet)
  • 1 pinch (s) herbs from Provence
  • 1 teaspoon butter, for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven or 200 ° C top / bottom heat. Baking tray or grid medium drawer.
