- 300 g puff pastry, thawed
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 125 g ham, diced (Kat ham)
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- butter

- Lay out the dough in a round shape, cut out ornaments all around, cut back the edge. Grease a 26-cup tart pan or springform pan with butter and place the puff pastry base in it. Brush the edge with water and apply the ornaments.
- Mix the sour cream with ham and parsley and season with the spices. Then spread the mixture on the dough. Beat the eggs one after the other and let them slide onto the dough filling.
- Bake the egg and ham cake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (fan oven) for 20 minutes.
