Ingredients

  • 8 medium egg (s)
  • 75 g ham (katen), diced
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 45 g butter, or mararine
  • 45 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable stock (instant)
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard for about 10 minutes, quench, peel and quarter.
  2. Peel onion and chop finely. Heat the fat in the pan. Fry the ham cubes in it. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. Dust the flour over it and sauté briefly. Stir in milk, water and stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in mustard. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Heat eggs in it.
  3. Mashed potatoes tastes good with it.
