  • Parsley – 2-3 sprigs
  • Pepper – 1 pinch
  • Salt (optional) – 1 pinch

  1. Ingredients for making stuffed eggs with garlic and cheese.
  2. Cover the eggs with water (1 liter). Put on fire, bring water to a boil. Cook eggs over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Drain hot water and pour cold water for 5 minutes.
  3. Wash the parsley and chop.
  4. Peel, wash, chop the garlic with a garlic press.

  5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Leave a quarter of the cheese for garnish.
  6. Peel the boiled eggs, cut in half, remove the yolks.
  7. Chop the yolks.
  8. Combine chopped yolks with the rest of the products. Mix them with cheese, garlic and mayonnaise until smooth.
  9. Pepper the filling. Since the filling contains ingredients that are already salty, you can do without salt, but you can salt the resulting mixture if necessary.
