Eggs Stuffed with Crab Sticks

I propose to cook an excellent appetizer – eggs stuffed with crab sticks.

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks – 4 pcs.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Unsweetened yogurt – 1 tbsp
  • Fresh dill – 2 g (1 sprig)
  • Fresh parsley – 2 g (1 sprig)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Boil the eggs hard-boiled (9 minutes after boiling), cool in cold water and peel them.
  3. Cut each egg in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks into a bowl.
  4. Mash the egg yolks with a fork.
  5. Wash parsley and dill, dry and chop finely.
  6. Add greens to the yolks.
  7. Crab sticks, without defrosting, grate on a medium grater.
  8. Add crab sticks and unsweetened yogurt to the yolks. Season with salt, pepper and mix the crab sticks, yolks and herbs salad appetizer.
  9. Stuff the halves of the egg whites with crab salad.
  10. Eggs stuffed with crab sticks are ready! Serve the appetizer garnished with strips of crab sticks. Enjoy your meal!
