Eggs Stuffed with Crab Sticks

- Prepare food.
- Boil the eggs hard-boiled (9 minutes after boiling), cool in cold water and peel them.
- Cut each egg in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks into a bowl.
- Mash the egg yolks with a fork.
- Wash parsley and dill, dry and chop finely.
- Add greens to the yolks.
- Crab sticks, without defrosting, grate on a medium grater.
- Add crab sticks and unsweetened yogurt to the yolks. Season with salt, pepper and mix the crab sticks, yolks and herbs salad appetizer.
- Stuff the halves of the egg whites with crab salad.
- Eggs stuffed with crab sticks are ready! Serve the appetizer garnished with strips of crab sticks.
