Stuffed eggs are a favorite dish in many families. If you are not yet familiar with the recipe for eggs stuffed with fried mushrooms, then I am happy to offer it.
Ingredients
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Mushrooms (champignons) – 150 g
Onions – 50 g
Mayonnaise – 50 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil – for frying
Fresh dill (for decoration) – to taste
Directions
We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Cut the mushrooms and onions into small cubes.
Fry mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil.
Boil eggs hard-boiled (8 minutes after boiling water), cool in cold water. Cut the peeled eggs into halves lengthwise.
Let’s extract the yolks, which are useful for the filling.
Mix the yolks and fried mushrooms, add a little salt and pepper. You can grind the yolks with a fork.
Add some mayonnaise to the filling and mix.
Stuff the halves of the eggs with the prepared mushroom filling.
