Chicken eggs – 4-6 pcs.
Sardine in oil – 1-2 cans
Mayonnaise – to taste
Hard cheese – 100 g
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
Salt
Pepper
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
There are always eggs and canned food at home.
How to cook stuffed eggs: Boil hard boiled eggs. Cool and peel. Peel and crush the garlic in a garlic bowl. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Open the canned food, drain the oil. Put the fish in a bowl, mash thoroughly with a fork.
Cut the eggs in half. Take out the yolks. Add the yolks to the fish, mash. Add grated cheese, salt, pepper, garlic, mayonnaise. Mix everything thoroughly.
Fill each half of the egg with the minced meat. Decorate the stuffed eggs with parsley and mayonnaise
