Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon espresso powder, soluble
  • 10 ml boiling water
  • 70 ml cold water
  • 130 ml milk, well chilled
  • 2 teaspoons caramel syrup
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped ice cream (Bourbon vanilla ice cream)
  • possibly sugar if necessary

Instructions

  1. Put the espresso powder and possibly sugar in a glass. Add a maximum of 10 ml, or just enough boiling water, so that the powder and sugar dissolve while stirring. Now add the cold water and stir. Pour in the milk and caramel syrup and
  2. stir again. Top with the bourbon vanilla ice cream to serve.
  3. And now just enjoy!
