Ingredients

  • 2 liters juice (elderberry juice)
  • 1 vanilla pod (s), the pulp it (or small bottle vanilla flavor)
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 750 g suar, brown
  • 1 bottle schnapps (grain)
  • 1 bottle amaretto

Instructions

  1. Put the elderberry juice, vanilla pulp (alternatively vanilla flavor), lemon juice and the sugar in a large saucepan and bring to the boil once so that the sugar dissolves nicely. Then let the whole thing cool down well. Now mix with the grain and the amaretto. Fill into prepared bottles. The amount makes about 4 bottles. The liqueur is immediately suitable for consumption and has a very long shelf life.
  2. It tastes best chilled straight or as a mixed drink.
  3. The specified time is calculated approximately and without the cooling time.
