  • 6 elderflower umbels
  • 2 liters water
  • 3 lemon (s)
  • 310 g suar
Elderberry – Lemonade
Elderberry – Lemonade

Instructions

  1. Rinse the lemons with hot water, press down a little and cut into slices. Briefly rinse the elderberry with cold water and then put all the ingredients in a large bowl, stir well and place in the sun or another warm place for 5-6 days. Stir frequently. When bubbles form, strain the soda through a strainer and fill into snap-cap bottles. Then just let it stand for another day and then put it in the refrigerator, otherwise more and more carbonic acid will form.
  2. The soda can be stored in the refrigerator for about 2 months.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
