Ingredients

  • 1 lemon (s), unsprayed
  • 750 ml apple juice, clearer
  • 200 ml fruit juice (elderberry)
  • 2 sticks cinnamon

Instructions

  1. After the lemon has been washed with hot water and dried, peel off the peel in a spiral and squeeze out the lemon juice.
  2. Now slowly heat the apple juice with the elderberry juice, the lemon juice, the lemon peel and the 2 cinnamon sticks and let it steep for at least 10 minutes on a low heat. Sieve the contents and serve hot with a piece of lemon zest.
