  • 150 grams flour

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 5 tablespoon milk
  • 2 egg (s)
  • Elderflower umbels
  • Fat, for deep-frying
  • Powdered sugar or vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, oil, beer and milk together. Mix in the eggs and salt. Let the dough soak for 30 minutes. Clean the elder blossoms, dip them in the beer batter, let them drip off a little and fry them in the deep fryer until golden brown on both sides.
  2. At the end, sprinkle with powdered sugar or vanilla sugar.
