Instructions

  1. Soak elderflower in rosé wine for about 8 hours. Then pass through a cloth. Clean the strawberries and cut into small pieces. Bring the strained wine with the citric acid and the preserving sugar to the boil, when it boils, add the strawberries and cook for 4 minutes. Fill into prepared twist - off glasses, making sure that there are strawberry pieces in each glass. Now turn it upside down for 5 minutes, but then turn the glasses again and again so that the strawberries are later distributed all over the glass. This amount gave me 14.5 glasses of 230 ml each.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
