Elderflower – Strawberry – Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 elderflower umbels, which 20-30 flower stars
• 5 strawberries, very ripe
• 1 squirt lemon juice
• 1 dash sugar syrup
• 200 ml Prosecco and / or mineral water, well chilled

Instructions

1. Clean the strawberries. Slice or quarter and place in a glass. Add lemon juice and sugar syrup (recipe at CK). Top up with well-chilled Prosecco or, for the alcohol-free version, with mineral water. Scatter elderflower stars on top, serve immediately.
