Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, let them get lukewarm and mash them. Add the flour, salt and yeast to the potatoes and form a well. Pour the lukewarm, not too hot water into the well and gradually work it into a dough. Shape the dough into a ball, place in a greased bowl and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  2. Then shape the dough into a loaf of bread (whether round or oblong) and place on a floured baking sheet. Flatten the top a little. Let rise for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Bake the bread in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for 60-75 minutes.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
