Ingredients

  • 200 g cheese (Emmentaler)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 200 g cream quark
  • 4 tablespoon natural yoghurt, organic
  • 1 pinch caraway powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Finely grate the cheese. Finely dice the onion.
  2. Mix the grated cheese together with the cream quark and yoghurt to a smooth cream.
  3. Add all the spices and the onion cubes and mix everything together well. Season to taste with salt.
  4. Serve as a dip with raw vegetables.
