Ingredients

  • 250 g cheese (Emmentaler)
  • 100 g sausae, (hard sausae)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar, (herb vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, hotter
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 100 g cooked ham

Instructions

  1. Cut the Emmentaler, hard sausage and ham into fine strips. Wash the cucumber thoroughly, then cut or slice unpeeled into thin slices. Mix the salad ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. For the marinade, mix the herb vinegar with mustard, salt, pepper and sugar. Gradually beat in the oil.
  3. Pour the mariande over the salad and mix everything carefully. Cover and let stand for about 30 minutes.
  4. Just before serving, mix the chopped dill into the finished salad. Season again to taste and garnish with dill.
