Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 4 cup flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 0.75 ¾ cup (s) margarine
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup water, cold

For the filling:

  • some oil for frying
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ oregano
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper
  • 0.5 kg ½ ground beef
  • 3 hard-boiled egg (s), cut into small pieces

Also:

  • 0.25 ¼ cup (s) raisins or grapes
  • 1 red pepper (s), cut into small pieces as desired

Instructions

  1. For the dough, knead the flour with baking powder, salt, eggs, margarine and water into a compact dough. Let it rest for a while (you can also use puff pastry for this).
  2. For the filling, heat some fat in a saucepan and fry the remaining ingredients except for the eggs and raisins. Then let it cool down and only then add the eggs and raisins - mix well!
  3. Roll out the dough quite thinly and cut out circles. Put some of the filling in the middle of the rondelle. Moisten the edge of the rondelle with water with a brush. Place the edges on top of each other so that it only appears half the size. Prick the upper half 2 - 3 times with a fork.
  4. Bake on a baking sheet with parchment paper in a hot oven for about 30 minutes at about 180 ° C.
